The staff was incredible. The room was nice and comfy with a great view of the reservoir. The restaurant was the best food I had while in Kansas City! Absolutely amazing!

Restaurant is open till 1 am as I remember. It was a good choice for those who are arriving late to the city.

I arrived at 2 A.M. by shuttle from the airport. Two people were on the desk, both bright and cheery. All the lights were on in my room, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a snack stand by the front desk that had a variety of foods, including ice cream. Wonderful for a 2 A.M. snack.

Everything was good with the exception of the bartender area. There was only one person she was very dizzy said it would take five minutes to get me a cup of coffee. I expected more

Loved the whole experience- especially the friendliness of the staff. Also appreciated the great shuttle driver! Sorry I don’t have his name. He worked overnight shift and was so nice and refreshing.

super convenient when you’re flying out the next day. and, just the hardest working staff—I stayed on Christmas Eve, during a blizzard, the pipes froze and the staff worked so hard to give us water and stay in such a good mood. absolute pros!

Proximity to airport. Patio restaurant/bar next to lake - enjoyed couple of drinks with a friend while seeing planes land. Good layout of the rooms with wooden floors (no carpets). Cleanliness.
